8. Viewing Property

There are 3 different viewing modes for property and each mode is a unique way to view property.

i) Browse Mode

Browse mode literally allows you to ‘browse’ property in a similar fashion to a catalogue. Spark.Property additionally allows you to save it to MyList and take further action (register, change mode, refine search, price buckets...) on the page.

ii) Detail Mode

Detail mode literally gives you the finer details on property. Other features include:

  1. Overview of the property
  2. Location on the project
  3. The specifications can be downloaded in PDF format
  4. Land size
  5. Homes that fit the lot/ or lots that fit the home
  6. Refine the results via Price bucket
iii) Map mode (only available for Land)

Map Mode takes you to the project masterplan over Google maps to see where the property is actually situated on the estate. In addition to being able to see the location of the property, details of the property (the same as Detail Mode) are displayed below the Google map.

9. Price Tabs

While you browse through property you may notice price tabs like this (below). These price tabs allow you to refine your search criteria, to find what you want with greater ease.

10. MyList

What is MyList?

MyList is your personal list of saved land, homes, apartments and packages. You can easily review, customize, share and register interest on your saved items on the one page.

Saving to MyList

To save a property simply click the ‘save button’ in detail mode or click the ‘save tick’ in browse mode. Property and packages are saved to MyList.

You can save items without being a member of the site...however being a member allows you to:

  1. Access your MyList from any computer and keep your data
  2. Create home and land packages
  3. Stay informed about a property or the project
  4. Register interest in property/ project
  5. Share

11. If a property is ‘on hold’ what does this mean?

When a property is ‘on hold’ it means another user has registered interest on the specified property and indicated intent to purchase it. You can still save and inquire about the property, and if the property does somehow become available again you will be notified of the status change.

12. How do I create a package?

A package is created when a home is chosen for a lot (or vice versa). Creating a personalized package is a simple process! There are 2 easy methods to do so. (NB: You must be signed in to create a package.)

Method 1. – Via the Packages Section
(NB: Ensure you’re signed in)

  • Step 1. Choose a lot and save it to MyList
  • Step 2. Choose a Home for the lot and save it to MyList
  • Step 3. Then proceed to the Packages section of Spark.Property
  • Step 4. Click the lot that you want to create a package with under ‘Start creating a custom package’
  • Step 5. Go through the simple step by step package creator and then proceed to save it!
  • Step 6. It’s now in your MyList! You can customize it or register interest in it to find out more details.

Method 2. – Via MyList
(NB: Ensure you’re signed in)

  • Step 1. Choose a lot and save it to MyList
  • Step 2. Choose a Home for the lot and save it to MyList
  • Step 3. Go to MyList choose a saved home or lot and click the ‘Package’ button
  • Step 4. Go through the simple step by step package creator and proceed to save and register!
  • Step 5. It’s now in your MyList! You can customize or register interest it to find out more details.

13. Why doesn't the page show that I have registered interest in the property?

Rest assured. Your register of interest has gone through fine. To double check that it has gone through simply ‘refresh’ the page and you should notice that is now registered. If there are any other issues, feel free to let us know at: help@thenextspark.com

14. Is Spark.Property available in any other languages besides English?

For now Spark.Property will be offered only in English, but we look towardsexpansion and will work on this issue for future projects.

15. How do I close large images that I’ve clicked on?

Some images on the site as you may have noticed, are rather large for the page to see the close button. Here are the ways you can close the image after viewing the desired image:

  1. A close button is placed at the bottom of the image if you scroll down
  2. Click outside the image boundary and the image will close

16. The check box for Terms and Conditions won’t work when I want to sign up!

No need to worry, simply click on the ‘I Agree to the Terms and Conditions’ text, this also applies for the ‘Remember me on Sign In’ function.
